Afraid of math? Love math? Hate it? Need to pass a class, ace a test, snag a professional certification? Want to skip a grade? Wherever you are at, I got you. I tailor our sessions to how *you* learn.
Math & Science Academic Tutor specializing in neurodivergence, anxiety, OCD, learning differences, dyslexia/dyscalculia/dysgraphia, boosting confidence and basic to advanced math skills, so... everybody.

Is your student struggling with math or science, and you’re feeling stressed trying to help? I’ll work with them to identify their unique learning style, rebuild their skills, and boost their confidence in a low-stress, supportive environment. Together, we can turn their challenges into triumphs and make learning an enjoyable experience!
Weekly Schedule
Appointments are available Monday through Friday, noon to 6pm Pacific Time, on a first come first booked basis. Regular standing appointments can be booked for once or multiple sessions a week. Last-minute and one-off sessions subject to availability.

Specializing in supporting students with a diverse range of learning needs and preferences. With a deep understanding of ADHD, OCD, neurodivergence, anxiety, learning differences, and conditions like dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, I offer personalized tutoring that respects each individual’s unique learning style.

Foundation Construction
Perhaps years of struggle allowed significant holes to develop in your math knowledge. Let’s fill in those gaps as I bring you up to grade level and beyond. I will reframe concepts in terms of your interests to make them easily understandable and memorable. With a solid foundation you’ll be able to reach all your math goals.

Hour-long one-to-one academic math support from PreAlgebra through the Calculus series.
Science support for grades 7+, Biology, Chemistry, Astronomy, Physics, Environmental Science, etc.

About Me.
I’m an East Bay native with a Bachelor of Science in Astrophysics from UCSC. My ADHD and audio-visual processing disorder made school bewildering, with near-constant switching between gifted and remedial classes. My teaching philosophy focuses on finding the best learning method for each student, and I’m passionate about helping everyone, regardless of their particular challenges, succeed in math and science. With over 25 years of experience, I’ve successfully worked with students of all ages, using humor and a love for the subjects to make learning engaging and accessible.
